WE CALL TO CONFIRM

Please note that this is simply a request, and not an actual appointment. Our treatment coordinator, Matt or Lorena, will reach out to confirm your date and time, review the reason for your visit and answer your questions about coverage.

Step 3

COMPLETE YOUR FORMS

We send your medical history form by text or email. Fill it out from your phone or computer before you arrive. By filling out these forms ahead of time you will save significant time on your visit.

Step 4

WE SEE YOU AT THE OFFICE

You will receive a confirmation and a reminder before your appointment. Arrive knowing exactly what to expect, what your visit includes and how your insurance applies.

1. Are you accepting new patients?

Yes. Rosedale Dental welcomes new patients of all ages, individuals and families. Your first visit includes a full set of X-rays and a complete exam with the dentist, and your cleaning can be scheduled immediately after.

2. What are your hours?

Monday 8:00am to 4:00pm. Tuesday 1:00pm to 8:00pm. Wednesday 12:00pm to 8:00pm. Thursday 8:00am to 4:00pm. Friday and Saturday closed. We are also open select Sundays. No need to take time off work to see the dentist.

3. Do you accept my insurance?

We accept direct billing with most major insurance providers and we are now accepting the Canadian Dental Care Plan. We submit your claim electronically on your behalf. Our dental fees are consistent with the ODA recommended fee guide. Ask our virtual assistant about your specific provider.

4. How much will my visit cost?

Fees depend on what your visit includes and on your coverage. Our treatment coordinator will review this with you before your appointment, so there are no surprises. Ask our virtual assistant for a general range.

5. Do you see children?

Yes. We focus on preventative care to help your child grow a healthy smile that will last a lifetime, and we work to make every child's experience a positive one. Families can book their appointments together.

6. I have a dental emergency. Can you see me today?
